The ICBP® Flex is the most popular solution of ECM’s Low Pressure Carburizing furnaces range. Its modular and compact architecture, based on a tunnel concept, is designed to meet the highest demands in terms of part processing quality and productivity. It can be assembled with oil quenching and / or gas quenching equipment as well as several heating cells, which number depends on the required production capacity.

MODULAR & MULTI-PROCESS CONCEPT
The benefits of vacuum installations rely on an easier integration of the equipment, a cleaner and safer work environment, and a better overall energetic performance. The modular FLEX heat treatment installation is able to combine several processes in a single and fully automated machine, such as : nitriding, nitrocarburizing, low pressure carburizing, low pressure carbonitriding, brazing and sintering operations. This can be achieved in combination either with high pressure gas or vacuum oil quenching.
